What I need to know after and after my purchase

Shipments

Shipments are made within 3 days after the payment, you should receive your belt within 7 days maximum, depending on the date of your order. Otherwise, feel free to email us, we can check the status of your shipment.

Payment and Refund

The payment is done through paypal (you do not need to create an account) but it can also be made by check or bank transfer. In both cases, please send us an email to jeremy (at) bw-yw.com for us to process your order.
You are satisfied or refunded within 14 days of receipt of your product. If he does not give your complete satisfaction, you can simply send us an email and we will explain the terms of reference and reimbursement.

Shipping

Finally, the postage for France are offered ; for the rest of Europe (and especially outside Europe), participation will be required (it will be minimal).
